When you request to delete your account:
- All your personal data (name, phone number, email, address) will be permanently removed from our system.
- Your previous order history will also be deleted (except data required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes).
- You will no longer be able to log in, view past orders, or receive updates from FootShopy.

You can delete your account in one of the following ways:

Send an email to support@footshopy.com or contact@footshopy.com
with the subject line: “Delete My Account”
Please include:
- Your registered name
- Registered email ID / phone number
- Optional: reason for deletion (to help us improve)
Option 2: Contact Form Submission
Visit our Contact Page and fill out the form mentioning your account deletion request.
🔹 3. Processing Time
- Your request will be verified and processed within 7 business days.
- Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
🔹 4. Exceptions
We may retain some data temporarily or as required by Indian law, including:
- Transaction or tax records
- Fraud-prevention logs
- Legal compliance data
This data is securely stored and never used for marketing purposes.
