1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing, if not yet shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Return/Exchange Policy
- You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong size or item.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
